Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 VIP experiences, meet & greets, backstage/soundcheck experiences, and virtual experiences are

final sale and non-refundable, except where required by law. Experiences are considered fulfilled once

access has been granted or participation opportunity provided.

Missed check-in, late arrival, removal for conduct, or technical issues for virtual sessions do not qualify

for refunds.

Merchandise returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if unused, unworn, and in original

condition with proof of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges depend on

availability.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days with photos.

Chargebacks for fulfilled experiences may be contested using check-in and confirmation records.
